- Prepare all the ingredients. Fry the onions&potatoes separately.
- Once golden put on tissue paper to dry. Also cook the rice & keep aside. Colour some rice.
- Now in a pan put the oil, whole spices & tomato paste. Cook till all spices release flavours.add ginger,garlic.
- Now add tomatoes salt. Cook for abit. Add the chicken & mala.
- Now add all the spices & the fried onions. Let thus cook on a simmer.
- When the chicken is almost done, add the fried potatotes.
- Then cover till done. Arrange the rice & serve.
- Serve warm with yogurt.
