I used chicken broth instead of white wine and the sauce came out fine. Served on a bed of brown rice. use fresh taragon for best results. serve with grilled or saute'd chicken and asparigus or french cut grean beans with crumbled baccon and onion and garlic mashed potatoes or wild mushroom rice.
